Sales & Support Specialist

We are seeking a new team member to help sell our products, support our customers, and assist with day to day operations. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and friendly and patient disposition, good phone skills, ability to take initiative, and comfortable working in a small team environment. Your skills should include:

  • Able to explain complex concepts to non-technical customers
  • Comfortable communicating with new sales prospects
  • Technically minded, able to debug simple computer issues
  • Friendly phone manners, able to make a high quality, honest, sales presentation
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in basic operation of Windows (current and older versions)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products
  • Bonus points if you have knowledge and passion for aviation! Private Pilot or Student certificate even better!

Here are some of the day-to-day duties for this position:

  • Answering phones, emails, and forum posts to aid customers with problems or questions
  • Working with potential customers to answer sales related questions
  • Take phone orders
  • Assisting around the office with packaging products, processing orders, preparing inventory, etc.
  • Help at aviation tradeshows setting up and manning our booth
  • Perform light software testing and quality control as requested
  • Diagnose and fix products returned for repair

Salary based upon experience, typically starting between $35,000 and $45,000 per year. Benefits available following a probationary period. A background check will be performed.
